Every customer email gets a draft in its thread, from your docs, in your voice. You read it, you press send.
Your inbox a minute after the mail lands. Ordinary labels, ordinary drafts, nothing sent without you.

It reads, sorts and writes.
You press send.
Every email is read as it lands. Noise gets a label and steps aside. Questions get a reply, drafted from your docs in your words, left unsent in the thread.
Noise out. Customers on top.
Everything is labelled the moment it lands. What leaves the inbox is your choice, per label, and nothing is ever deleted.

Every answer comes from something you wrote.
Point it at your docs, repo, notes, Notion, Linear and Slack. It keeps a private index on your Mac, and every reply names its sources.

It sounds like you because it learned from you.
Every draft borrows the tone of emails you actually typed, and you can see which ones.
Hey Hana, sorry about that. The invoice went out under our old entity name. I've reissued it with the new one, attached.
This one's on us if it caused any hassle on your side.

The nudge writes itself.
When a customer goes quiet, the follow-up is already drafted in the thread. You still press send.
Hi, could we extend the trial by two weeks? Finance is slow this month and I want the whole team to try it properly.
Hey Sofia, of course. I've added two weeks to the trial. Let me know what finance says.
Hey Sofia, just checking in on the trial extension. Did finance come back to you? No rush at all, let me know either way.

The clock stops and the label goes. Nothing is written.
Hand off with one label.
Add a teammate's Assign label in Gmail, from your Mac or your phone. Seconds later they have a Linear issue with everything they need.

Nothing is sent to us.
There is no InboxMinder server. No account, no sync, no analytics.
We can't read your mail.
Not a promise. We never receive it, so there is nothing for us to read.
It all runs on your Mac.
Keys, the index and every draft are made and kept on your disk. Pick a local model and nothing leaves it at all.
Built for our own inbox first.
We're a small team at Kelviq, and Gmail is our support desk. We built InboxMinder because mornings went to email that didn't need us, and afternoons to the same replies again.
Now every email is read, the noise stays out of the way, replies are drafted the way we'd write them, and quiet threads come back to us. Nothing has ever gone out that we didn't send ourselves.

Fair questions.
Anything else, write to hi@kelviq.com. A person answers.
Is it a help desk?
No, and that's the point. No second inbox, no ticket numbers, no seats. Customers email you as they always have, and you answer from Gmail with the reply already written. See where each help desk feature lives.
Can it send an email on my behalf?
No, and it can't be set up to. It writes drafts, adds labels and files Linear issues. Sending is the one thing it is built never to do.
Will my customers be able to tell?
Only if you tell them. Replies are written from your own past emails, at your usual length, from your own material. Most go out with a word or two changed, or none.
Can it mind support@ and hi@ at once?
Yes. Add the second mailbox as its own profile, with its own settings, docs and voice. Both live in the same menu bar.
What does it need from Google?
Your own Google sign-in, with a click-by-click guide and a video. The permission stays with your account and can be revoked any time. Nothing of ours sits in between.
Which AI does it use?
Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, or any compatible service. Or a local model with Ollama or LM Studio, so your mail never leaves the Mac. You pay the provider directly.
What happens when it gets something wrong?
A wrong label is one click to change, a wrong draft one click to delete. When unsure, it does nothing except mark the email as needing you.
Is it a subscription?
No. $29 once, updates included. The only running cost is your own AI key, paid to the provider.
Does it work with Outlook?
No. Gmail only, from a Mac, and everything it does shows up in Gmail on every device.
Give support@ a minder.
Download, connect Gmail, add your docs. Five minutes. Then the drafts start arriving.
